Åland Launches Operation Outdoor – Your Gateway to Island Adventures
Åland has launched Operation Outdoor, a new initiative aimed at promoting the island as a top destination for active, nature-based tourism. In its first phase, the project focuses on three core outdoor experiences: Disc Golf, Bouldering, and Kayaking.
Visitors will soon be able to book local guides, rent equipment, and access curated outdoor packages tailored to each activity – whether you're an experienced athlete or just looking to try something new in a stunning setting.
